Our Onboarding Process
After submitting your contact information here a specialist will contact you to discuss our process and how it will work with your business.
1. Free Consultation
During the free consultation phase, we will discuss your current sales efforts and the specifics of your products, such as materials and dimensions. Using this information we will determine the best way to integrate our process and your business.
2. Free Testing
During the free product testing phase, you will submit a few units of your products to our research department. Testing will determine the best way to add customization. During this process, these items may be customized or disassembled by our research department, but the test units can be returned to you at the completion of testing.
3. Customization Options
After our research department has tested customization options for your product, we will present you with our customization recommendations. We will also provide you with our calculations for storage costs, customization costs, customer shipping costs and finalize how a buyer will customize your product.
4. Inventory and Configuration
We will arrange your initial inventory shipment so that your products are waiting in our warehouse when your buyers place an order.
In the meantime, we will connect your marketplace listings to our system so that each customized product can be created with tracking information. Our system will communicate the tracking information back to your marketplace for the buyer. We can also provide listing assistance if needed.
5. Go Live
Once our warehouse receives your inventory it is time to activate your new customizable product listings. Each order will be customized and shipped directly to your buyer. We will monitor your inventory and let you know when it is time to re-supply our warehouse.
